Required Qualification:

Applicants must have Full Time Degree in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications/Computer Science and IT / Electrical / Civil with good academic records from well recognized University/ Institute for MTNL Recruitment.

Age Limit:

Minimum age limit of candidates should be 21 years and maximum age should be 30 years as on 21st March 2016.

Age relaxation applicable for reserved category candidates as per Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited rules and regulations

Pay Scale:

Candidates will get salary of Rs.20600-46500/- per month + DA + HRA/ subsidized housing and other benefits admissible as per rules of the company.

Application Fee:

Eligible candidates (General/OBC Category) need to pay an application fee of Rs.1000/- and other SC/ST/PWD Category need to submit fee of Rs.500/- through Online / Offline mode.

Mode of Selection for MTNL Notification:

Candidates who have qualified for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) – 2015 are eligible to apply.

Based on the GATE-2015 score, applicants will be shortlisted in descending order of merit, and accordingly will be called for further document verification.

The appointment will be given on the basis of successful verification of documents. It may be noted that for this recruitment process, GATE scores of 2015 only will be valid.
