Shiksha Mitra Samayojan 2016:
An online notification has been liberated
about UP Shiksha Mitra Samayojan 2016 by Uttar Pradesh (UP) State
Government.
High court had put stay on Samayojan (Adjustment) of 91000
Shiksha Mitra for the Assistant Teachers Post in Primary Schools.
After approval of NCTE all samayojit
Shiksha MItra have been appointed as assistant teachers. The training of selec
ted candidates has been beginning after getting consent of NCTE (National
Council for Teacher Education). The Government of Uttar Pradesh made some
amendment in Basic Shiksha Adhyapak Sewa Niyamawali under RTE Act 2009 to
appoint Shiksha MItra as assistant teachers in primary schools. This decision
adopted by UP govt is absolutely right and legal.
The government of UP said that, now they do
not have any resources for BTC course. Just because of this reason they made
this decision of Shiksha Mitra Samayojan. Now, they issued a High Alert in
whole state after court’s decision. For all 1.70 lacs Shiksha Mitra this news
is very shocking. Just because of this all Shiksha Mitra posts holders showing
their anxiety, persecution through Hunger-strike, rally and meetings etc. This
decision of court becomes the reason of death and suicide of some candidates.
Reason
for the Decision of court:

In so many rural areas,
the caste of Shiksha Mitra appointed is same as its Gram Pradhan.

The position of Shiksha
Mitra is a temporary and contract based post that’s way they can’t permanent
it.

The assortment of Shiksha
Mitra is not proportion to any post.

Shiksha Mitra Merit list preparation process:
·
BTC Training Passed
Shiksha Mitra Candidates will be selected based on their seniority.
·
Eligible Candidates list
will be handed over to BSA by DIETs.
·
Candidates whose Name are
in that List will only called for Counseling.
·
Selection List of
Samayojan will be based on Date of Birth.
·
Candidates who are elder
in age, will be given Preference for Joining/ Selection.
·
However in case of clash
of age, candidate's name as per alphabet will be the key deciding factor.
