Man Rights in India
There is 7 common man rights in India contained
in the constitution of the India and what can we do in Free India.
The seven Common Man Rights guarantees to all the citizen of India to live in peace and the harmony. These laws are applicable to all the citizen of India.

The
Fundamental Rights are defined as basic human freedoms that every Indian
citizen has the right to enjoy for a proper and harmonious development of personality.
The 9 fundamental rights are.
1.
Rights to equality:
It is the
principal foundation of all the law. And it guaranties the Equality before law,
Social equality and equal access to public areas, Equality in matters of public employment,
Abolition of untouch ability,
Abolition of Titles.
a.
The
Equality before law means that all the people will be equally protected by the
laws of country.
b.
Social
equality and equal access to public areas means that the entire citizen have equal
access to public place like park, museum, historical places, wells temples etc.
c.
Equality
in matters of public employment means that state cannot discriminate any one
for the employment however reserve category applicable to all the states as
defined for SC , ST and OBC classes.
d.
Abolition
of untouched ability: If a person violates this law than it will be punish
able.
e.
Abolition
of Titles: Article
18 of the constitution prohibits the State from conferring any titles. Citizens
of India cannot accept titles from a foreign State.
2.
Right to freedom:
There is 6
rights of freedom to a common man in India speech and expression, assembly,
association or union or cooperatives, movement, residence, and right to
practice any profession or occupation (some of these rights are subject to
security of the State, friendly relations with foreign countries, public order,
decency or morality), right to life and liberty, right to education, protection
in respect to conviction in offences and protection against arrest and
detention in certain cases.
3.
Right against exploitation:
Child labor and Beggar is prohibited under Right
against exploitation for the children less than 14 years of old.
4.
Right to freedom of religion:
It allows the citizens to choose the religion
whatever he wishes to choose. It also shows that India is a secularism country
and person are free to preach, pray, donate according to them in all over the
country.
5.
Cultural and educational rights :
It means
that a minority can set up their own educational institutions to preserve and
develop their own culture and state cannot stop them. It is because India is
the country of diversity.
6.
Right to constitutional remedies :
It empowers the citizen to go to court if any of
fundamental rights is denial by the state.
7.
Right of Education :
It allows getting
the education by all the children between 6-14 groups and it is the fundamental
right to every children.
