Central Industrial Security Force will conduct written exam for the appointment of constable.

Exam Pattern of Constable 2015:

Exam Pattern:

Selection is based on four phases examination. Phasis are:

·         Written Exam

·         Physical Efficiency Test

·         Physical Standard Test and

·         Medical Examination

Paper Pattern for Written exam:

The written exam for the CISF Constable Recruitment shall consist of objective type multiple choice questions on the following:

Duration of Exam	2 Hours

Part A	General Intelligence and Reasoning	25 marks
Part B	General Knowledge and General Awareness	25 marks
Part C	Elementary Mathematics	25 marks
Part D	English/ Hindi	25 marks

Paper Pattern for PST (Physical Standard Test):

The Physical Standard Test is conducted to judge the following for the post of Constable (GD):

1.    For Male Constables:-

(i) Height – Minimum 5-7

(ii) Chest:

Un-expanded  : Minimum 33

Expanded      : Minimum 34 ½

 (Minimum expansion of one and half inch)

2.    For Female Constables:-

(i) Height – Minimum 5-2

Medical Examination:
