Required Education for NPCIL jobs 2015: 

For Plant Operator Post	Higher secondary or equivalent in relevant discipline  with at least 50% marks individually.
For Others Posts	secondary with at least 50% marks in relevant discipline and 2 years ITI certificate in the relevant field.

Age Criteria: 

Lower age limit of aspirants should be 18 years and Upper age limit of applicants should be 24 years.

Pay scale Granted:

During training period	Rs.6, 200-7,200/- per month
After training period	Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with GP Rs. 2000/- (plus other allowances).

Selection Process:

Short Listed job seekers will have to go through written Test & Interview. Selection of applying contenders will be made through written test followed by personal interview.
