UPCMET Application Form 2015:

UP Unaided Medical Colleges has invited UPCMET Application Form 2015 from the candidates seeking for admission into MBBS course for session 2015-16.

Application Forms for MBBS are invited by the willing candidates in various constituent colleges of the same. U.P combined Medical Entrance Test – 2015 is conducted to test the candidate’s eligibility and skills for MBBS courses.

Who can apply?

By qualification:

Aspirants are required to possess 10+2 examination or equivalent from UP Board / ISC / CBSE.

Applicants must have attained at least 50% average marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology.

Aspirants who are appearing in 10+2 exam for the year 2015 they are also eligible to apply but they have to present the 10 + 2 mark sheet at the time of counselling.

The age of contenders must have at least 17 years on 31st December 2015.

Selection Process:

Aspirants will get selected on the basis of the UPCMET 2015 score.

How to apply online?    

 
1. Candidates are to apply online through the official website of www.upumcwa.org.
2. Go to the ‘online application’ link.
3. Fill the online form by providing all the information correctly and at proper place.
4. Submit the form after uploading required documents and scanned photo and signature.
5. After submitting the form, don’t forget to take the print out of the completed application form.
