MMM Gorakhpur 2015 Online Form:       

Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology has released notification for MMM Gorakhpur 2015 Online Form. Online Form is required for MMM Gorakhpur Admission 2015 from the candidates for admission in various Graduate or Master or Ph.D programmes.

An Admission test will be organized on 17^th May 2015 through online mode or OMR application form mode. Candidates can apply through Online Application Form from 9^th February 2015 to 28th March 2015. Eligibility, courses, Application Form, Fee Structure details are given below by jobsme.in:

Educational Qualification: 

For Graduate courses, candidates must have passed in 10+2 from a recognized board or institute.

For Master degree programme, Graduate degree and for Ph.D courses Master degree in relevant stream is required.

Admission will be given through Admission Test-2015 for the academic year 2015-16.

The application fee will be as follows:

General/ OBC Category	Rs. 1,500/-
SC/ST Category and Female of all Category	Rs. 1,500/-

Mode of Payment:

Fee must be paid by a Demand Draft drawn in favor of Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur payable at Gorakhpur, in case Application Form is to be purchased by hand or by post. Application Form may also be purchased from counter in Cash/Demand draft.

Process to apply Online:

1. Open the official website mmmut.ac.in.
2. Fill the online form by providing all the information correctly and at proper place.
3. Submit the form after uploading required documents and scanned photo and signature.
4. Take a print out of the application form and send to the following address by Speed Post/ Registered Post only:
