UPCAT 2015 - 2016 Online Application Form:

Association of Private Medical and Dental Colleges of U.P has proclaimed a prominent notification as UPCAT 2015 – 2016

and required Online Application Form from the willing aspirants.

Candidates who want to appear in UPCAT exam they have to fill up online application form on/before the end date.

UPCAT entrance test is held for admission into BDS programme in different medical colleges.  Candidates may also retrieve the entire details about UPCAT 2015 Exam through our web portal jobsme.in:

Who can apply?

By qualification:

Aspirants are required to possess intermediate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics with 50% marks from the reputed Board/ Institution from any recognized Board/College.

Age Limit:

Candidates must have minimum age limit of 17 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.

Application Fee:

Aspirants will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1000/- by cash and Rs. 1050 by Demand Draft.

Selection Process:

·         Aspirants will get selected for BDC course based on the performance in entrance test and thereafter on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test they will be called for Counseling.

·         For NRI/PIO candidates, fee will be US$ 50.

How to apply?

Candidates who are willing to apply they can send their application form in prescribed format.

1.    Candidates are to apply online through the official website of www.upcatdental.net.

2.    Follow at the left side of the home page “Online Application Form” link.  

3.    Fill the online form by providing all the information correctly and at proper place.

4.    Submit the form after uploading required documents and scanned photo and signature.

5.    After submitting the form, don’t forget to take the print out of the completed application form.

Last date of submission of form: 15th May 2015

Date of Exam: 24th May 2015

Timing: 3 PM- 5PM

Admit Card is also necessary to appear in the examination so Guys! When UPCAT Call letter will publish we will update you before the examination
