Eligibilty:
The qualifying examinations prescribed for
admission for B.E. / B. Teck is 10+2 Higher Secondary or equivalent examination
recognized by State / Central Government; the last two years of study shall
comprise of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with English as a compulsory
subject.
The General Merit candidates should have
passed with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST and OBC
candidates of Karnataka State in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) and should
have passed these subjects individually.
Application
Fees:
For aspirants attempting 3 subjects:
Rs.1200 (PCB or PCM
For aspirants attempting 4 subjects:
Rs.1500 (PCMB)
Exam
Pattern:
The examination will be based on the
syllabus of 10+2 or PUC syllabus.
There is no negative marking. One mark will
be given for each correct answer.
The duration of the examination is 3 hours
for only engineering courses.
Selection
Process:
Selection of candidates will be made on the
basis of written test followed by counseling.
